This role will play a key role in enabling and growing Neogen Analytics, the world’s leading digital automation platform for food safety sanitation and testing.
In this role you will run day-to-day marketing operations in order to support demand generation, targeted messaging and sales team activation from planning to execution that drive net new sales pipeline opportunities. In addition, you will run key initiatives around partner marketing, partner engagement, sales enablement, events, PR, and more. You will be responsible for curating value-based metrics to understand how marketing initiatives are performing and identify areas where improvements are needed.
- Outline and define the segments into which we sell our products and services and describe the buyer personas that should be targeted within well-defined sales territories.
- Curate a comprehensive library of content resources, messaging materials, and internal/external services and tools that will aid in our go-to-market strategy.
- Create processes, set best practices, and build replicable patterns for ongoing marketing programs and activities.
- Establish, manage and optimize web marketing activities including management of web content, product value proposition and feature descriptions, marketing automation platform campaigns, and in/outbound digital marketing campaigns (email, social, search, AdWords, PR opportunities, etc.)
- Track and measure performance through defining and tracking results vs. goals for engagement, lead generation, digital assets, and overall customer acquisition and expansion.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through internal channels.
- Support the Post Sale communication process with customer marketing directed at achieving Site and product module expansion growth targets.
- Seek, research, recommend and implement marketing opportunities with appropriate industry associations, cooperative groups and other avenues for promoting Neogen Analytics.
- Develop an event marketing strategy and work internally with Neogen’s corporate event marketing team to optimize opportunities to engage in-person and virtually with target audiences.
- Create new marketing content, such as newsletter articles, blogs, webcasts, videos and other means of leveraging multimedia assets for effective target engagement.
- Collect and evaluate marketing and sales information and use that information to maximize business development performance.
