Our client, headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin has four Wisconsin locations and is a fast-paced rapidly growing company seeking a Senior Human Resources Leader that can make an impact by driving team member engagement, building company culture, recruiting and developing top talent. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate will be able to move fast, navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships across multiple teams!
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and Onboarding of new hires
- Manage companywide performance review process
- Lead HR and leadership training programs
- Manage payroll and benefits for employees
- Function as system administrator for HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems
- Compliance Management
- Reporting and Analysis of key people metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
