Job Description
Our client in the Food and Beverage Services is looking for additional interim help on the team to support Benefits and People Operations. Most important is someone with solid knowledge of benefits admin, and is hands-on with good employee-facing soft skills. 3-6 months contract. 100% on-site in Richmond, CA.
Benefits
- Administration – Q& A, update HRIS ee data, enroll ee’s
- Billing invoicing
- Support open enrollment (this is largely managed by our broker, but we’ll need support on project managing, scheduling OE meetings, compiling info, processing any hard-copy forms, etc.)
- Reporting/analytics
- Vendor partnership/management – work on understanding plans/policy, guiding ee’s to right resource, possible work with them on transitioning LOA’s from in-house to Vendor
Compliance
- Payroll auditing (we have someone who runs payroll, this is a second set of eyes)
- Cover Payroll if out sick
- Project manage and support 401k and ESOP audits
Systems
- HRIS administration
- Reporting
- Auditing/correcting data
Team Member Support
- Respond to/meet with team members for benefits questions
- Manage LOAs, tracking in-house and ongoing communication to team members – Not too many (about 4 at any time)
