About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality visual content for performance marketing channels, including but not limited to social media (both paid and organic), search advertising, display advertising, and landing pages. The Senior Graphic Designer will be expected to collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our business objectives, while also maintaining brand consistency and adhering to best-in-class industry standards.
The ideal candidate has a growth hacker mindset that is passionate about driving customer impact through ad-creative and solving growth challenges, while also demonstrating the ability to think creatively while making data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging visual content for performance marketing channels, including social media, search advertising, display advertising, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to understand business objectives and develop creative strategies that align with these objectives.
- Ability to interpret data and make creative recommendations or pivot from it..
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and adhere to industry standards.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, as needed.
- Manage external agencies
- Light motion graphics editing
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance marketing channels.
- At least 5 years experience working with performance marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search advertising, display advertising, and landing pages.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques.
- Expert knowledge of design software, including Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

- Work Location: Remote, with some business travel to Charlotte expected
