The purpose of Community Marketing is to build brand awareness and demand for Panda in local communities by forging meaningful connections with our guests that drive regional transactions and sales.
The Senior Community Marketing Manager is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner to Operations leaders within assigned regions, providing them with training, marketing tools, and materials necessary to successfully execute national promotions. This position provides Community Marketing Managers with active support and coaching so they can serve as strategic business partners to Operations leaders. The Senior Community Marketing Manager trains and supports Regional Marketing Managers to meet sales and profitability goals through the effective execution of marketing training programs.
You’ll get a chance to:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Operations leaders within assigned regions, providing them with training, marketing tools, and materials necessary to successfully execute national promotions.
- Lead and coach Community Marketing Managers, including their selection, development, and performance feedback, elevating associate performance to support the company’s growth strategies.
- Provide Community Marketing Managers with active support and coaching so they can serve as strategic business partners to Operations leaders as they execute off-the-shelf marketing initiatives.
- Train and support Community Marketing Managers to meet sales and profitability goals through the effective execution of marketing training programs.
- Work in collaboration with the Executive Director, Insights & Community Marketing to develop tools, training programs and national metrics to ensure effective delivery and execution that meets and exceeds goals.
- Support and manage the brand integrity of collateral and program material development.

Your background & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field
- Minimum seven to nine years of relevant experience, preferably in retail/hospitality marketing function with experience managing a team
- Entry from Operations requires experience as Community Marketing Manager level prior to promotion to Senior Manager
- If hired, successful completion of annual store training
- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range M3: $118,000 - $166,000 / Annual
- Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
