With offices booming across coast to coast, we are now looking to continue our growth by adding a talented Senior Advisor (Senior Broker) to our team. This position is a 1099 contract position.
Responsibilities
Advising clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies and trends
Identify new clients and nurture existing relationships
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Preparing thoughtful analyses of client deliverables, including Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), property comp reports, and market research reports
Presenting marketing proposals to clients
Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
Manage flow of documentation and communication between client, transaction team, extended team such as service lines, and external co-brokers
Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
Provide ongoing support with current deals- including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews and financial analysis
Schedule, coordinate, and lead property tours and appointments
Continue to monitor local market sales and development activity as a means of continually updating company Salesforce database
Researching the local market and staying up to date on industry trends
Strengthen and coordinate client management and network relationships
Attend networking events
Project coordination, calendar management and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Commercial Real Estate Experience or sales experience required; minimum of five years
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate or Finance strongly preferred
Active Real Estate License or Willing to obtain Real Estate License
Strong research and data analysis capabilities
Positive attitude, team-oriented and driven to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be action-oriented, collaborative, a self-starter and customer focused
Will need to travel to property locations within their market
Proficiency working on Microsoft Office programs – primarily Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
