Job requirements
What You'll Do:
* Own monthly financial reporting. Prepare P&L, BS, CF statements, identify trends and variances, address queries
* Recommend improvements to financial processes. Implement best practices and technologies to reduce friction while maximizing accounting quality / accuracy
* Oversee day-to-day accounting processes including payroll, T&E, accounts payable, and billing and collections
* Oversee cross-boarder transactions
* Maintain financial, tax, and audit compliance and act as primary liaison with external stakeholders
Who You Are:
* CPA certification and strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls,. with experience and proficiency in researching technical accounting issues
* 3+ years experience in public accounting, preferably at a Big 4 or comparable firm
* Prior hardware / manufacturing experience; familiarity with hardware reporting inputs and metrics
* familiarity with cross-boarder trading
* Understands infrastructure needs to support key accounting processes like revenue and bank reconciliation.
* Strong communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally
* Exceptional problem-solving and attention to detail
* (Nice to have) 1+ years experience at a private hardware / technology company
