This position is for a BA - Business Applications domain expert focused on Security and Security Orchestration solutions portfolio to support the North America (NAM) market.  The Security solution expert will drive new solutions and ideas with customers to address their pain points and will also develop accurate and convincing business/technical offers.  In this role the candidate will guide and collaborate with services, sales and product groups to develop competitive solutions for the NAM market (RFP support, customer business and technical presentations, business development activities, coordinate demos/PoC, etc).  
 
 
What you will learn and contribute to
 
In this role you will lead, create, and own technical offers that will drive sales and meet/exceed our financial targets. Main objective is to develop new business around these areas with our customers, as a key growth engine in 2022 and beyond. The candidate will have the opportunity to drive customer engagements across Pre-sales phases with competitive solutions (products & services) from technical and business point of view.

As part of our team, you will:
  • Function as the technical expert in the security domain and will have the capability to drive and influence solutions proposed and provided to our customers. 
  • Be very proactive hunting for new opportunities in North America market accounts.
  • Lead the solution design throughout the project lifecycle and be accountable for solution integrity.  
  • Design cost effective solutions that maximize value to the customer and considers constraints such as budget, timelines, local market, and meeting customer requirements.
  • Share and communicate end-to-end solutions (orally and in writing) to key stakeholders, business sponsors, and technical resources. Will guide various product experts with regard to the solution.
  • Support demos of proposed products/solutions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product management for delivery of best practices.
  • Drive proactive collaboration and guidance with account managers to generate a strong pipeline that supports order targets.
  • Partner with account managers to identify and qualify new business opportunities in meeting with key decision makers to obtain executive sponsorship in pursuit of the overall strategy.
  • Develop key relationships with our customer and partners.  Work with alliance partners to extend our sales efforts in the accounts.
 
Your skills and experience
  • At least 10 years' of proven hands-on experience in Security solutions.
  • Experience in a software technology company and communications/telecom industry working with Service providers and working large projects.
  • Knowledge of Security and Security Orchestration solutions like Identity access management, Certificate Management, End-point security, SIEM, EDR/XDR solutions and/or participated in MDR projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related IT discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Ability to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e. consultative sales approach when proposing solutions).
  • Proven experience in customer requirements analysis, solution design, software design, development, and deployment.
  • Prior employment experience in this space selling Security solutions such as Identity access management, Certificate Managent, End-point security, SIEM, EDR/XDR solutions and other related security solutions.
 
It would be valuable if you also had:
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, CEH, etc
  • Cybersecurity Masters or specialization.

  • United States Salary Range: $125,600 - $233,258 USD Plus eligibility for incentive/variable pay.
