This SECURITY OFFICER position, is for non co-located/stand-alone or host Air National Guard (ANG) Wings or ANG Security Forces organizations co-located on non-Air Force installations in the Mission Support Group, Security Forces Squadron (SFS),and is part of the CA 146 AW.
Qualifications: General Experience: Possess experience serves as the State's force protection security specialist for anti-terrorism and related physical and operational security programs' policies; Review, analyze, and assess law enforcement sensitive information, manages assigned program areas, directs studies and reviews, revises and implements force protection policies and projects.SECURITY OFFICER, GS-0080-12: Must have 36 months experience in the Security career field or intelligence career field to include technical training schools and drill-status working experience; Experience in developing, implementing, executing, and managing guidance for applying security policy, procedures, techniques, equipment, and methods to a variety of work situations and various levels of security controls; Experience in the Wing's Security Programs; Experienced in managing and supervising the administrative and technical aspects of the Security Forces Squadron; Experienced in managing resources, funding, and budget requirements that support Security Forces programs and services; Experiences involved balancing Information Protection program requirements and providing advice, guidance, and direction on a wide variety of the program's policies and employee performance administrative issue; Experienced in structuring assignments to create effective and efficient procedures that resulted in measuring improved task processes.
