As a Residential Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

$15 / hour

Required, work heavily outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift

Required, walk and stand for multiple hours at a time

Required, comfortable with the public and homeless community

Required, customer service skills

Schedule:

• Friday - Monday, 7:00AM - 3:00PM
• Tuesday, 3:00 - 11:00PM

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience

*A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
