Job Summary:
Soliant is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide remote school-based services in Washington next school year. As a remote school-based Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation, treatment planning, and direct treatment services to students with a variety of physical disabilities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Washington state Physical Therapy license.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a computer with a camera and microphone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine the need for physical therapy services for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the evaluation results.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students through remote platforms.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development.
- Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and provide recommendations for future goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided.
