Amazon’s Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband network connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

To be successful you need to be a talented Full Stack Developer willing to learn how to build solutions with new software applications such as SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). You need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while collaborating with other functional owners, customers and team members to develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the emerging demands of manufacturing systems.

Key job responsibilities
• Build and enhance the manufacturing system
• Create functional and technical design and documentation
• Ensure that the deployed applications perform as per customer expectations and there are no performance issues
• Develop web applications
• Database design & building complex queries
• System support and troubleshooting
• End user training
• Support various testing procedures (unit testing, Integration testing, class room testing, shop floor testing).

A day in the life
This role will understand business process, design and build system solution to support enhancing system to meet new demand. Develop design documents, technical specification, test scripts, testing, deployment and participate to increase business adoption of the Product. This role will also support production systems responding to customers for questions, troubleshooting issues, handling performance concerns.

• Experience with Java, UI5 development background, and open to scaling exponentially on manufacturing systems and SAP.• 2+ years experience with SAP ERP Integration for (PP,MM,QM,PM,EWM)• Excellent at creating and maintaining working relationships across all levels and disciplines, receptive to feedback and input from others, and quick to apply changes.• Work with internal subject matter experts to gather information, synthesize business and technical concepts, build strategic business metrics, and write programs to solve complex requirementsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
