Position Summary:
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys in multiple business units.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Execution of marketing automation campaigns that create customer experiences by leveraging Salesforce.com CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work with marketing teammates to develop, document, and implement journeys utilizing Journey Builder and sync data between Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Function as institutional expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for various functions and departments.
- Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem from implementation of new features to support of end-users to ensure high adoption levels of functionality and features.
- Set up dashboards and campaign reporting, monitor campaign success, recommend strategy/tactics to optimize conversion rates, and execute testing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, or IT preferred. Equivalent years of experience and certifications will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing/administrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create successful campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Marketing Cloud Connector, and MobileConnect experience preferred.
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and of the Salesforce Platform
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email with experience in email coding best practices and optimization for each email client
- Direct Marketing Campaigns expertise
Preferred experience/certifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
- Knowledge of SQL query practices to build data extensions
- Knowledge of AMPscript
Compensation:
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed – Salary: $75,000 - 80,000 per year.
