Job Description
Ohm Systems, Inc., a technical staffing agency in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager to help us build our accounts. We serve as a Supplier to many Managed Service Providers (MSP) for their public and private clients. We utilize our team of recruiters to quickly find qualified candidates for each role. As a manager, your goal will be to expand the volume of end clients for staffing services through our current MSPs and help us find new direct clients.
Job Description
· Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate services
· Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques including but not limited to cold calling, conducting in-person meetings, and partnering with vendors
· Maintain a targeted understanding of our client’s business showing the ability to establish customer needs, and recruitment cycles, and create strong relationships to effectively drive sales and grow accounts.
· Build relationships with our clients and share feedback to help our recruiters better fill our clients’ roles.
· Meet or exceed annual sales goals as defined by upper management
· Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools
· Work with recruiting team to identify priorities and adjust requirements as needed.
· Assist with proposals for new contracts
Requirements
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· 4+ years of sales experience
· Experience working with Managed Service Providers is a strong plus
· Staffing agency experience is a strong plus
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Proficient in social media
· Knowledge of Information Technology staffing is a strong plus
