The decentralized R&D organization benefits both production and marketing and allows Hamilton to stay close to the local markets and respond quickly to market needs.The Sales Specialist will focus on Service Contracts, requiring a highly motivated and self-driven representative that will develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with Hamilton customers to maintain lasting relationships. The Sales Specialistworks independently with a primary focus of supporting customers through the sale of new and renewed service contracts across a variety of equipment product lines. These contracts vary in monetary value and are sourced from a large and continually increasing customer installed base. Incumbent will focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals by selling, negotiating, managing, and closing customer service contract sales opportunities, while providing creative options for customers with the key being excellent customer service. Incumbent will also be responsible for the internal processing of customer purchase orders, service contract administration, and tracking as well as assisting with other types of service-related quotations.This position is on-site, located in the Hamilton Storage headquarters facility in Franklin, Massachusetts.Proactively engage with customers to continue a relationship. Reach out at least 3 months prior to warranty or service contract expiration and present best-case quotations.
