• As an Independent Contractor, you will create relationships with homeowners to educate them on the effects of hail damage. In doing so, you will provide superb customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Seek out and reach potential customers in the Minneapolis and St. Paul Metro Area
• Develop high-quality customer service throughout all stages of each project.
• Generate and manage leads from canvassing, referrals, and leads provided by Viking Contractors LLC.
• Responsible for organizing his own schedule and being on time for every appointment.
• Communicate efficiently to attend to customer needs.
• Capable of being proactive and anticipating any rising issue.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to continue after rejection
• Displays a positive, professional attitude
• Athletic and capable of carrying ladders and getting on top of roofs safely
• Valid Driver's License
• Has his own transportation
• Be able to communicate with all types of people with kindness and patience
• Have a willingness to learn
• Must have a smartphone
