Sales Representative - Cannabis

We are an established cannabis company with integrated operations and known brands currently live in the Oregon market. We have launched new product lines and new brands at the start of 2022 and we are actively looking for 2 experienced sales reps to join our team to help maximize company revenue and profit through current and new business accounts utilizing their superb work ethic, strong communication skills and adept sales capability.

• Centrally based in Portland.

• Flower and BHO products are our specialties (Shatter, Terp Sugar, Live Resin, Diamonds & Sauce, Cartridges)

• We have a small sales team currently who handle our existing accounts but they are now bursting at the seams and it’s time for us to grow.

More about the Job:

• The ideal Sales Associate is responsible for selling the facility’s products to other marijuana establishments, ensuring the durability of such business-to-business relationships.

• We are happy to try and accommodate any existing relationships you may have with current dispensaries.

• This will be a role heavily focused in customer engagement, where you will be responsible for showing and selling all of our products to dispensaries in your territory, soliciting sales and upselling wherever possible.

• Prior experience selling cannabis products to the OLCC market is necessary.

• It will require you to stay highly organized using our internal CRM system and LeafLink to keep track of your notes and for placing orders.

• Keep open communication with other departments to stay current on available products and to coordinate orders.

More about you:

• You will have a current OLCC Marijuana Worker Card, Driver’s License and a car with an alarm, and a willingness and excitement to go to and engage with your dispensary clients.

• You have a deep knowledge of the different cannabis product types.

• You are a self-starter who is grateful to work in the cannabis industry and will be an engaging member of the team.

• You have managed accounts, performed circulars and have a proven sales history, Business-to-Business, within the cannabis sales industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $34,560.00 - $300,000.00 per year
