Position Summary
OWL Services is immediately hiring a full-time Sales Representative. This position will be based in Youngstown, OH.
The Sales Representative will work closely with the branch management staff to help assure customer satisfaction, customer sales, and achieve profitability. He/she will work to design competitive quotes based on the company’s product and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in a service or construction environment.
- Manage internal and external sales processes for the region.
- Develop detailed and competitive quotes by utilizing various teams or resources.
- Problem-solve any customer issues or concerns.
- Maintaining a budget and developing sales forecasts.
- Any other administrative duties or responsibilities, as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills to serve customers
- Perform basic computer and system functions at an above average level.
- Demonstrates organization skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence.
- Experience in external sales required.
- Will maintain a valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.
