As the Sales Recruiter, you will work directly with the Sales Department to hire internal Life Insurance Agents. You will identify the ideal candidates for this role, conduct phone screens, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently and effectively. You will report to the Head of People, and own an integral part of building our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate company products and services towards creating an accurate salesperson profile
• Work with Hiring Managers to develop and implement a hiring strategy, and determine quarterly and annual hiring needs
• Determine the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process
• Advertising sales jobs across all relevant recruiting and hiring online channels
• Screening applicants via follow-up emails and phone calls
• Move quality candidates quickly through the pipeline
• Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals
• Scheduling interviews with short-listed candidates on behalf of the sales team
• Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions
• Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting inside sales agents for a direct to consumer company, within Insurance and Financial Service industry is a plus
• Entrepreneurial spirit in working for a fast paced start-up company
• Demonstrable sales experience and success in a related position
• Experience in the full recruitment life cycle
• Knowledge of human resources databases, hiring strategies, and applicable labor law
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for salespeople
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills toward developing successful hiring strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition
