As a Sales and Marketing Manager with G.Lion Hawaii, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling our award-winning cuisine and catering services to our clients in the social, wedding, and corporate markets. Utilize your existing following of clients, creative passion, and knowledge of food and beverage to build 'lifelong clients' and drive growth through cross-promotion of all our services. As a lead in Sales and Marketing, you will grow our account base through customer interactions and by creating sales opportunities with on-brand concepts, services, and offers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- DMC experience or understanding of corporate and leisure travel with events.
- The knowledge to build their department and request the tools needed to accomplish goals.
- Some experience working with a CRM or loyalty program.
- A loyal or transferrable client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Off-premise catering sales calls
- Solicit both promotional & corporate paid catering orders
- Create catering quotes
- Outreach to local businesses with food samples and catering information
- Communication with Operations to ensure proper workflow process
- Forecasting revenue
- New business strategies and initiatives
- Cold calling
- Market research to identify catering sales/events opportunities
- Maintain fiscal responsibility for budgeted goals
- Participate in the organization of in-house promotional events
