Looking for the next big step in your sales career? As MCS expands our position in the Litigation Support market, you’ll play a key role in finding and closing new accounts Ideally, you've sold to law firms and/or insurance companies and corporate legal departments and have a rolodex of contacts in the tri-state area to help you hit the ground running. You have 3-5 years experience selling technology and are hungry for the next step in income and responsibility.

- This role is hybrid, direct hire and quota-carrying sales position requiring:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably to law firms or in-house legal departments.
- Proven ability to develop a new territory through aggressive cold-calling, networking, social media
- Problem solving skills
- Creative sales approach
- Strong presentation skills both virtually and face to face
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Identify, locate and pursue new clients by using various methods including, but not limited to, cold calling, social media, networking events, and other forms of communication
- Conduct sales presentations and sales calls with new and existing relationships
- Keep a detailed log of activity in CRM system and use CRM dialer to track and record calls
- Leverage legal/software/SaaS experience to educate our clients and match our services to their needs to provide solutions
- Meet the quota assigned, and review the status of your quota at weekly sales huddles
- Manage existing accounts and relationships to retain current book of business
- Run periodic reports for results, status, and other metrics as outlined in the KPIs
- Negotiate services, pricing, terms, and other areas of the service agreements with the VP of Sales &
Marketing
- Collaborate with departments to confirm the client onboarding is processed accurately and efficiently
- Plan, attend and present at conferences, meetings and events
- Perform other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 sales experience, specifically selling software/SaaS to law firms and/or corporate legal departments..
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
- Strong knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce or related CRM system.
- Proven ability to build new territory through networking and active prospect outreach
- Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to exceed quota in a remote role
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work well with a diverse team.

WORK SETTING/COMPENSATION
- Base + Commission = $150K+ at quota
- 50% Hybrid Position
- Onsite: Philadelphia, PA 19103
- Remote: Greater Philadelphia Area
- 25% travel required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
