Your Responsibilities 

  • Connect with customers through meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to address inquiries promptly.
  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues in Sea Logistics.
  • Stay updated on Transpacific Eastbound market trends and developments.
  • Be ready to take on additional responsibilities to support company goals.
  • Create a comprehensive sales plan aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish using a CRM system.
  • Become knowledgeable about all company products and services.
  • Master the art of selling these offerings to customers.
  • Utilize available resources to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all applicable regulations for a safe and secure journey.
  • Work with other teams to gather information, negotiate pricing, and ensure smooth shipment handovers to operations.


Your Skills and Experiences 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years field sales in freight forwarding
  • Experience with logistics processes and solutions
