General Position Summary:

The Sales Director position is a critical role for the growth of the Company. The Sales Director is responsible for directing sales teams of the Company. The Sales Director determines and drives annual sales plan. This position provides vision and guidance to the sales team and entrusts it to execute projected revenue quotas for the goods or services provided by the company. This position may also create or have direct input in sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Job Description:

1. Formulate and implement a growth strategic plan that guides the direction of the business.

2. Creating, advancing, and executing strategic plans to reach revenue targets and expand the customer base.

3. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.

4. Supervises regional sales staff. Incubate the local sales team by sales recruitment, target allocation and regular sales review.

5. Cultivating exceptional and long-term partnerships with strategic customers and managing customer's needs, standards, and solutions.

6. Excellent analytical and strategic-thinking skills. Expand sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply& demand.

The Successful Applicant:

1. 10+ years of experience as US sales director or managing director with a team of 5+ sales.

2. Experience with consumer electronic company is a must, preferably from well-known MNC or US company.

3. Strong connections with US major IT distributors and retails is a must. Preferably with on-hand experience in EC business development and management.

4. Achievement in strategy within the industry and experience in P&L and budgetary management reporting.

5. Good teamwork player and excellent internal communication skill. Open-minded and willing to discuss with local PM& marketing team and headquarter to achieve sales target.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Business preferred

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent speaking, reading, and writing in English language required.
• Professional image, work ethics, and integrity.

• Strong customer service approach required.
