Pay: 65-70K base + uncapped, weekly commission
First Team Staffing Services is a full-service staffing firm that provides high-level customer service and staffing solutions for a variety of clients in the Maryland area. We are currently searching for a Staffing Consultant to join our Sales Team in our corporate office in Hermitage, TN.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily prospecting to generate leads and gain appointments
- Conduct outbound phone calls on a daily basis to locate clients in your territory in need of staffing assistance
- Responsible for selling staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire assistance
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers by effectively communicating via phone and email to sell services and respond to customer concerns
- Conduct face-to-face appointments with key decision-makers in wide-ranging industries from Warehouses to Accounting Firms
- Attend trade shows, conventions, sales meetings, customer incentive trips, training seminars, and other functions as needed
- Perform weekly customer service visits to clients
- Conduct marketing drop-offs to potential clients
- Build and maintain account information in database/CRM
- Negotiate and close sales
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred not required)
- Sales focused experience (preferred not required)
