The Sales Compensation Consultant supports the design, development, implementation, and administration of sales compensation programs in accordance with ADP policies and sales compensation industry best practices. Evaluates, analyzes, and provides recommendations on sales compensation proposals and programs. The Sales Compensation Consultant supports and maintains accurate sales compensation inputs and data, ensuring these are accurately reflected and paid against in sales compensation plans. Partners with Sales Leadership, Sales Finance, Global Product & Technology, and other functional areas within WW Commercial Operations to continue to improve ADP’s plan-to-pay ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Plan Administration and Process Management
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in troubleshooting and problem solving with internal partners on data and process matters
- Leverages Oracle Sales Planning Cloud and Oracle Incentive Compensation to manage day to day sales compensation activities in the broader plan-to-pay set of processes (onboarding, transfers, fiscal year planning)
- Facilitates training of sales compensation plans and related processes and systems
- Owns the day-to-day administration and issue resolution for commission and other incentive pay processes, with minimal oversight
- Interprets and applies sales compensation policy to all levels of sales leadership
- Supports the global monthly and quarterly commission payout process- including manual compensation adjustments, calculations, and approval process, and payment reconciliation
- Develops, reviews, and distributes incentive compensation plan documents during the annual fiscal year rollout process
- Provides timely responses and issue resolution, escalating as appropriate, to inquiries from all levels of sales leaders and associates
Data Management, Analytics, and Design
- Analyzes commission and incentive compensation data from various sources to validate data, identify exceptions, and prepare recommendations
- Supports cost and/or trend analysis and modeling of alternative commission/incentive plan design or quota levels, utilizing multiple reporting systems
- Performs audits of all data sources to confirm accuracy and functionality of system/process and manage issue resolution with appropriate teams as necessary
- Consolidates data and reporting for all types of incentive compensation programs, including commissions, leader bonus, and sales equity
Continuous Process Improvement
- Supports continuous improvement projects to increase quality, productivity, and effectiveness of our sales incentive processes and programs
- Identifies and supports organizational efficiencies, including system design and policy
- Identifies reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drives timely resolution
- Supports design changes to Oracle Incentive Compensation and develops supporting processes

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
- 1-3 years in a large company working in sales, marketing, or finance operations. Sales Compensation experience is a plus
- Experience with Sales Performance management systems (e.g., Oracle, Anaplan, Varicent)
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills including development of spreadsheets with formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups
- Working knowledge of sales compensation best practices and market trends
- Experience collaborating across teams and organizations
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary range for this role is: $43,900 - $ 89,200/year
