Our dedicated team is split across our New York Atelier and Corporate Offices, retail locations across the globe and our Barcelona-based Fragrance and Make-up team.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and developing lasting client relationships through providing the highest level of customer service, complying with company policies, procedures and directives.
The hourly rate for this position is between $21-23 per hour (dependent on experience) plus 5% uncapped commission structure.
What you'll get to do
- Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales performance
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
- Monitor all details of a sale, including shipping, alterations (if applicable) and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction, while complying with all sales related policies and procedures
- Provide highest level of customer service, building and maintaining clientele by utilizing clienteling tools and handing client complaints quickly and effectively
- Assist in the maintenance of all inventory, including in the stockroom and on selling floor
- Movement of product, including heavy gowns, up and down multiple flights of stairs.
- Assist in areas of shipping and receiving protocol, policies and paperwork
- Ensure Boutique maintenance, presentation and organization
We'd love to meet you if you have
- a minimum of 3-5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury market
