Form of workJob Summary:The SaaS Technical Administrator primarily works on the setup and technical support of SaaS platforms including integration, monitoring and incident resolution. Each supported SaaS application will have detailed information for the scope of support. The goal of the Platform Administration team is ensuring platform stability by providing support for security/audit reporting as well as break-fix and emergency change support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Endpoint Integration and Management - FPI integrates and manages endpoints through FPI's iPaaS system, ensuring smooth data flow and communication between various systems.
Setup and support of SaaS Applications for projects
Incident Triage and Resolution including facilitating return to service and then following through root cause analysis; preparing reports and participate in incident analysis efforts to improve the platforms and processes.
Vendor Coordination - Should issues arise due to the underlying technical services managed by FPI, the necessary steps are taken to coordinate with vendors and facilitate timely resolution if FPI is authorized to do so.
Monitor the production environment, ensuring stability for our Association customers for covered SAAS applications.
Work effectively in cross-functional/cross departmental teams to support organization and division needs.
Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer our ACA catalog of SaaS applications.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
Engages with contacts at outside vendors.
Maintains current knowledge on upgrades to vendor supplied applications.
Provides cross-functional assistance on an as needed basis to other operational areas of FPI.
Contributes to project teams and daily operational support.
Identifies opportunities for quality and process improvement resulting in improved efficiency, increased productivity, and high customer satisfaction.
Works on advanced, complex, technical projects or business issues requiring industry knowledge.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) to effectively communicate with peers, non-technical personnel, and other staff at their level.
Expected to work occasionally outside normal business hours based on production needs.
