- First payment $5000 to be paid on first paycheck.

Our RN Residency Program provides you with everything you need to transition from school to the hospital floor. We offer a wide range of learning tracks with integrated classroom , state-of-the-art simulation lab and clinical experiences under the guidance and support of preceptors. Our program is comprehensive and hands on to ensure you have the foundation to thrive in your new career.
The start date is Monday July 31, 2023
*The RN Resident program is up to 16 weeks of training. Candidates hired will have a 2-year commitment to the unit after completion of the Residency. Candidates must pass NCLEX and have RN license posted with the State of WA PRIOR to the start date. Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to starting. Required qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred qualifications:
- National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
