RN - L&D Supervisor $150,000 * Annually

This is a working supervisor position; require to perform all duties as a floor L&D nurse when needed. Will also work with the director on scheduling needs and timekeeping

3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
3-5 years of L&D nurse experience with high risk patients
1 year supervisory experience, Charge experience does not count, must be supervisory experience
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
CA RN license,
BLS, ACLS and NRP
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
36/per week with some call; variable schedule
6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)

7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
8 Labor rooms, 2 triage rooms (with ability to deliver), 2 operating suites, 2 bed PACU and a 4 room antenatal testing
8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
1:1 or 2: based on acuity and unit needs
Compensation: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
