HOUSE SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Licensed Nurse (RN) unencumbered in NC to support, demonstrate and practice the philosophy of the Small House process.
- Assumes Supervisory roles during 2nd shift on weekdays as support, back-up, resource, resolution, and over-sight while keeping engaged with individual neighborhoods.
- Ability and acceptance of Emergency Response to the Independent Level of Care and critical thinking capability as needed.
- Collaborates with the Licensed Care Partners in planning resident care and conducts daily clinical rounds on every assigned resident. Based on the outcome(s) of rounds, adjusts care. Plans and provides feedback and guidance to Care Partners.
- Any other assigned task as requested and within the RN scope of practice.
Education required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of North Carolina.
- C.P.R. certification.
Long Term Care/CCRC experience;
- Experience, commitment, and willingness promote support to promote standards of person-centered care
- Organizational and multi-tasking ability; critical thinking skills
- Professional license or certification requirements
