Lawrence Memorial Hospital Health (LMH)  is seeking a full-time  Rheumatologist  for a hospital-employed, multi-specialty group. Opportunity includes:

• PCMH-Level 3 model group encompasses  Internal Medicine Primary Care, Infectious Disease, and Psychiatry
• Radiology, laboratory, and infusion services on site, and the Hospital’s main campus is located three (3) miles away
