You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary. The internet service cannot be wireless. You must be connected via an ethernet cable to your modem. Service must be Cable, DSL or Fiber (No T-Mobile internet)o Associates will need to use their personal cell phone to handle calls,( would need to have unlimited data and minutes) or a single line landline would be required in their home at their expense. We do not support VOIP and taking calls through the laptop (You will be logging into Avaya software therefore your personal phone number will not be identified to customers.o You must provide a work environment that meets the following criteria: professional, safe, dedicated space, noise-free, distraction-free. You must manage personal distractions and handle these tasks outside of working hours: for example- doorbells, children, traffic, pets, neighbors, etc. It is your responsibility to maintain your power and internet connection so that you are ready to work each day.
