As a Retirement Plan Administrator, you will work directly with plan sponsors, employers and plan participants assisting with retirement plan implementation, monitoring and client service.

As a Retirement Plan Administrator, you will work directly with plan sponsors, employers and plan participants assisting with retirement plan implementation, monitoring and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Retirement Plan Implementation.
- Provide Compliance support for Compliance Testing, Plan Valuation, and Form 5500 completion.
- Assist with Annual Questionnaires and Census Requests.
- Track receipt of information needed to perform Compliance Testing and Plan Valuation.
- Prepare Quarterly Investment Reviews.
- Complete Requests for Proposals.
- Monitor and ensure Service Plan.
- Understand 401k and other retirement plans.
- Support retirement plan sponsors and related participants relative to questions and administrative issues.
- Provide plan participant assistance with rollover, distribution, loan, and other plan-related questions.
- Assist with other prospect/client projects for both corporate and/or individual clients.
- Support Retirement Plan team, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
- Prior insurance and/or financial experience preferred, not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
- CRM Database experience preferred, not required
- Preference given to Series 65 and/or Series 66 licensed individuals
