Job Description
TSMC Arizona's EBO Manufacturing Department is responsible for monitoring mask manufacturing and repair process, process analysis, and collaborative solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Work onsite in the clean room environment under yellow light on 12-hour shifts in a 3-day or 4-day work week.
Able to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in cleanroom PPE suit
Spend the majority of time on the factory floor working on the tools.
Utilize technical aptitude, process analysis, issue escalation, monitor processing times, and work in collaborative team environment
We are an automated process that utilizes our training, SOP procedures, and structured workflows
Learn the mask manufacturing and repair process and stay informed of procedural changes.
Monitor integrated systems to ensure proper functioning of automated tools.
Responding to error messages of factory systems and/or tools.
Assist in executing department daily functions, including data collection & analysis.
Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation.
Training for these positions take 6-12 months to learn which include OJT, SOP, and Trainer led lessons
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
High school Diploma or GED required
AAS Degree, or Technical Certificate preferred, but not required
2 to 12 years of experience of working in a team environment with a common goal
Some work experience and/or experience working in a manufacturing setting is preferred, but not required.
Fundamental Microsoft Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word and computer skills.
