Requirements:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Create strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs
