Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing and scheduling staff, ensuring exceptional service is provided to customers, monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will also be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability, addressing customer complaints and concerns, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and managing financial aspects such as budgeting and profit/loss analysis. Additionally, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the food meets our high standards, as well as collaborate with marketing efforts to promote our restaurant. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to health, safety, and other requirements will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will serve as the main point of contact for all restaurant systems, ensuring smooth operations and leaving a positive impression on our guests.

Qualifications:
- The Restaurant Manager must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skill and the ability to motivate and manage a team is required for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage policies, regulations and best practices is required for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
