Residential/Commercial Cleaner

Responsible to clean residential and commercial rental units in a detailed and professional manner throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas.

Perform cleaning duties including but not limited to:

• Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
• Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors
• Using vacuuming equipment; vacuums and clean carpets, perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal as needed
• Disposing of trash from inside the unit as well as bins and containers
• Polishing room accessories as needed
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

In addition:

• Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
• Pays attention to detail when cleaning

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE

30-40 HOURS PER WEEK

MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT

REQUIRED:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid drivers license
• Own a vehicle with insurance (minimum policy amount of $100K in liability coverage)
• Willing to take background and drug test

Job Type: Full-time
