Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Residential Home Cleaners to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional cleaning services in residential properties, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment for our clients. The ideal candidates should have previous residential cleaning experience, reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Thoroughly vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring surfaces, including carpets, hardwood, and tile.
2. Dust and polish furniture, shelves, and other surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance.
3. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks.
4. Clean interior windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to ensure they are spotless and streak-free.
5. Wipe down and disinfect kitchen countertops, appliances, and fixtures.
6. Clean and polish silverware, silver dishes, and other decorative items.
7. Empty and clean trash containers, ensuring proper waste disposal.
8. Maintain an inventory of cleaning products and supplies, restocking as needed.
9. Handle additional tasks such as laundry, ironing, and organizing closets or cabinets, upon client request and time availability.
10. Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and safely.
11. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining client confidentiality.
13. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or requests in a professional manner.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a residential home cleaner.
2. Candidates with reliable transportation to commute to and from customer's homes strongly preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
3. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and materials.
4. Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
5. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high level of integrity.
10. Flexibility to work weekends or on call, as needed.
