Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding Residential Electrician to join our team!

• Compensation: $70K-150K+ per year (Hourly or Commission)

Job Requirements:

• Have an active driver's license in good standing.
• Hold an electrical 01/02 Journeyman's License in the state of WA and/or ID
• 1+ years of residential service experience, working with customers in their homes
• Previous experience discussing job estimates/costs and presenting options to customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repairs electrical systems and leads customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Establish customer rapport to upsell the right products and services.
• Educates and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Train and mentors apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
