Job Description
Qualified Candidates will Posses/Be Able To:
- Research raw materials, flavors, packaging materials, additives, chemicals,food process technology,food trends,and consumer needs
- Research methods to improvethequality of foods such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of food
- Participate in consumer sensory testing of new products prior to launch
- Supportbenchtop, production, validation,and qualification trials of new or alternate supply ingredients
- General knowledgeofbasic HACCP and Food Safety Practice
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or another related field
