2. Presents report data in a way that is meaningful and readily accessible to internal and external stakeholders using a combination of query writing and SQL report services.
3. Operates spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.

12. Enters data into computers for use in analyses or reports.
13. Compiles reports, charts, or graphs that describe and interpret findings of analyses.
14. Analyzes and interprets statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
15. Reports results of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables.
16. Files data and related information and maintains and updates databases.
17. Participates as member of testing teams regarding Banner and other system upgrades, testing of reports, security, and updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data and report integrity.
18. Collaborates with end users to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing, validation, and creation/retrieval of data.
19. Analyzes data tables to establish knowledge of the data for accurate retrieval and use in report writing.
20. Monitors database to maintain data integrity, including contacting colleges and other university departments to ensure accuracy of data in a timely manner.
21. Performs special projects as assigned.
