Renovation Sales Position

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Renovation Sales Representative to join our team. As a Renovation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our services to potential customers. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

```Duties```
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis
- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
- Present, promote, and sell services to customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

```Requirements```
- Proven work experience as a Renovation Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Detail oriented and strong organization skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
