Job Description:

As a Remote Technical Interviewer, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and conduct video interviews for technical roles, focusing primarily on US-based job opportunities available on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our team to prepare professional LinkedIn profiles, apply for relevant job openings, and communicate with recruiters to schedule interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare professional LinkedIn profiles for our business, utilizing your photos exclusively for this purpose.
• Apply for US-based job openings on LinkedIn and Indeed, and liaise with recruiters to coordinate interview schedules.
• Conduct video interviews with candidates, including introductory, technical, and cultural interviews, in collaboration with our recruiters and clients.
• Assist candidates technically during interviews, providing support and guidance as needed, particularly with live coding sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in C#, ASP.NET, React, Node.js, SQL, Azure, and AWS to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for specific roles.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates, assisting with daily or weekly meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in technical interviewing, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in conducting video interviews and utilizing remote interview tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and recruiters.
• Solid understanding and experience with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, React, Node.js, SQL, Azure, and AWS.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
