Salary**Overview: **
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of selling website solutions, preferably to real estate agents. This position is commission-only (1099) and offers unlimited earning potential for successful candidates.
**Responsibilities: **

2. **Sales Presentations: ** Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our website solutions, highlighting the benefits and features tailored to the needs of real estate professionals.
3. **Consultative Selling: ** Understand the unique requirements and challenges faced by real estate agents in their online presence. Offer customized website solutions that align with their business objectives and enhance their digital presence.
4. **Relationship Building: ** Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients to build trust and credibility. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. **Negotiation and Closing: ** Effectively negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals. Close sales agreements with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. **Market Research: ** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the real estate sector. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
**Requirements: **
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in selling website solutions or digital services.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
6. Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of the digital marketing landscape is preferred.
7. Must be comfortable working on a commission-only (1099) basis.
