Responsibilities
- Tier 1.5 customer service
- Assist with communication and liaising about the program and answering questions/providing additional information
- Demonstrate a full understanding of internal systems and policies
- Schedule meetings, tasks, and events, and maintain calendars
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields (preferably > 3 years)
- Active listening and empathy
- Team player
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Ability to de-escalate
- Long-term commitment to customer service, communicating complicated circumstances to clients, and the ability to move efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and technical skills.
- Legal background or education NOT required
