This individual provides both savings and loans services for membership, promoting the full line of products and services of our Credit Union. Pay is $18.70/hour and up, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have...
• A "Heart to Help" passion for assisting people
• Strong consultative sales and service skills with the ability to connect and engage with people
• A bachelor's degree in business and financial institution experience is a plus, but not required. For the Universal Consultant, loan experience is required (e.g. consumer/HELOC) while underwriting is preferred.
• The ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fostering a team environment
• The ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our members' account information with integrity
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills, with a high level of dependability, commitment, and achievement of expectations and goals
• The ability to learn quickly and continuously, including use of technology (e.g. mobile and online banking)
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in continuous improvement
• Relief staff must have access to a vehicle and be willing to assist at all branches
