Relief Porter & Doorman

About the company: Full Service Co-Op building in Kensington Brooklyn.

Immediate hire for Part Time Doorman Position.

Possible full time union position available afterward. Looking for motivated candidates who can work work part time & fill in for vacations and sick days.

Job Responsibilities:

Doorman: Answer the phone, give out packages, screen visitors, work with BuildingLink, use intercom system, and maintain overall security of the building

Porter: Ability to mop, vacuum, general cleaning, assist handyman, compactor, put out trash for sanitation and manage their time wisely.

Qualifications:

Flexibility - Can be reliable to come in when called upon

Ability to work NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, and OVERTIME

BuildingLink experience preferred.

Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs, and walk the grounds.
English speaker who is computer literate.
Professional, courteous, neat, and presentable
