- Responsible for the safe operation of the compounding line
- The housekeeping of all exterior areas associated with the compounding process and the compounding department
- Responsible for completing majority of the daily housekeeping task required.
- Responsible for the loading and unloading of bulk raw material.
- Required to perform each position within the compounding process.
- Responsible for giving breaks and filling in on each position when required.
- Required to complete the Mohawk Industrial powered lift truck class.
- Required to wear all required PPE to safely perform each task giving.
- Required to lift up to 50lbs continuously for an 8 to 12hour shift.
- Required to work in all possible weather conditions during load and unloading of material.
- Required to complete Mohawk LOTO training Class.
- Required to travel up and down 3 flights of stairs.
- Required to complete Mohawk Ladder Safety Class and sling hoist.
- Utility may be required to stand for 12hours continuously.
- Required to complete any and all task giving by the lead/supervisor on duty.
- Utility will be expected to follow all Mohawk policies within the Mohawk handbook.
- Responsible for the set up and calibration of the raw material feeders to ensure the proper through put of each raw material to be used in the particular formula being processed.
- To carry out any and all requests of management to ensure first of all a SAFE operation that produces a compound that is in spec and is delivered as needed in a timely manner.
