• Pay: $22.00- $24.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week, flexible schedule to be determined

Among the programs and services we provide are Outpatient Mental Health Centers, Adult and Child Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs, School-Based Therapy, Community Outreach, and Residential Services.

Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a full-time Child and Adolescent Rehabilitation Specialist/Program Manager to join our Dundalk team.

What We Need:

• Someone who has either experience or education related to the population with whom they shall work.
• Someone who has knowledge of the DSM and relevant symptoms of the most common diagnosis within the PRP programs.
• Someone who can demonstrate proficiency in assessments, treatment planning, advocacy skills and case management skills.
• Someone who can demonstrate the ability to express themselves well through writing, interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Someone who has an understanding and sensitivity to serving culturally diverse and/or special needs population while maintaining patient confidentially.
• Someone who has supervisory experience
• Someone who has experience in children and adolescent mental and behavioral health

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for the comprehensive services offered through on-site and off-site programs including assessment, case management, psycho education, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community liaison.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of all documentation such as treatment plans and progress notes for themselves as well as fellow employees.
• Responsible for the submission of treatment plans for authorizations as well as maintenance of charts.
• Responsible for all administrative tasks as well as clinical supervision of each employee.
• Able to work independently and be proficient in resource development.
• Responsible for the training of new employees and the supervision of the program

What You Need:

• Certified as a Child & Family Resiliency Practitioner (CFRP) through the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) or be a Licensed therapist (social Worker or Professional)
• At least two years’ experience working in Child and Adolescent with mental and behavioral health
• Valid and active Maryland driver's license (or state of residence) with less than 3 points
• Pass a criminal background check, MVA check, and provide a negative drug screen. Education and certification verification.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide a religious accommodation or medical exemption.
