The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care including assessments, care plan, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.

- Patient assessment.
- Clinical education related to specialty.
- Principles of patient/family teaching
- Basic EKG skills
Required Experience
- Current California RN license
- ACLS card within 1 year of hire/transfer for nurses providing direct patient care.
- Conscious Sedation module completed within 1 year of hire or transfer to department
- Previous GI Lab experience preferred
- 1 year med/surg experience
